Z deklaracji krakowskiej wynika, że otrzymał najlepsze warunki do przebywania pod ochroną. Z raportów bowiem wynika - przegląda papiery - że istnieje ryzyko samosądów na koledze Orlikowskim. Pan premier rozumie chyba, jak dużą odpowiedzialność poniesie MSW, jeśli członek Rady Najwyższej zostanie ostrzelany, badź co gorsza, nastąpi duży uszczerbek na zdrowiu. Musimy utrzymać stan najwyższej ochrony!

Wypowiedzenie wojny da pretekst wojskom Kominternu do uderzenia na Polskę. Jestem pewien, że kierunkiem uderzenia byłaby Wielkopolska i Łódź czyli tereny kontrolowane przez rząd pana Ledóchowskiego. Wypowiedzeniem wojny, zamienimy Polskę w główny teatr wojny.
Utrzymujmy jak najdłużej tą ,,neutralność". Proponuję panu Ledóchowskiemu przedostanie się do Lublina na teren kontrolowany przez Rosjan. Obecnie i ja tam przebywam organizując nowe siły aby kontynuować odbijanie kraju z rąk zaruczan. Gdyby udało się uwolnić gen. Ignatowicza i ściągnąć go do Lublina można by powołać wkrótce nowy rząd, odbić Polskę z rąk Zaruckiego i dopiero wtedy uderzyć na Komintern.
